In case of any complaints related to any payment method, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the support center of the payment method and inform the company of such complaints. The company will not be responsible for the activities of any third-party service providers that customers may use for any deposits/withdrawals. The company's financial responsibility for customer funds begins when the money is transferred to the company's Wallet or any other account owned by the company and appears on the Payment Methods page of the website. In case of any fraud during or after the money transaction, the company has the right to cancel the transaction and close the customer's account.
