Money Refund Policy

Refund Policy of SIMNGOAIQUOC.PRO:

As SIMNGOAIQUOC.PRO provides virtual numbers, we do not process refunds once the transaction has been completed, and the number has been successfully activated. Customers are responsible for understanding this when purchasing any product on our website.

However, we acknowledge that there may be special cases related to the technical specifications of our provided products. Therefore, we DO process refund requests based on the following reasons:

  1. Not receiving SMS: Due to server issues of a service, you may not receive the confirmation SMS from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Refund requests for not receiving SMS must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchasing the number. Otherwise, the product will be considered activated.
  2. Issue with invalid virtual number: There might be an issue when using the number after receiving the SMS. To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide evidence of the invalid number (e.g., provide a screenshot with 2FA). Requests for this issue must be submitted within 7 days. If customers do not contact us properly within this timeframe, they agree that we may understand the product has been successfully activated and no longer have the right to claim a refund for "invalid virtual number issues."
  3. Major errors: Although all products undergo thorough testing before release, unexpected errors may occur. Customers should contact us for such issues. We reserve the right to fix errors or resolve defects within 72 hours. If any shortcomings are acknowledged, and we do not rectify them within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint or any other notice provided by the customer, a refund will be issued without any other compensation. OR, at the customer's choice, a replacement of an equivalent value may be proposed.

Please note that we are not responsible and, therefore, do not accept any refund/exchange/return requests based on the incompatibility of our product with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) except those explicitly specified as compatible in the description available on the product's sales page. We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web servers) and do not provide support for third-party applications.

Refund requests are accepted via the address within 1 week from the order date. Customers should accompany this request with a detailed and clear reason for why they propose a refund. Please ensure that your request complies with our Terms and Conditions.
